Transport yourself to an era before digital social media when the poster was used as a political tool to communicate the community’s social conscience.

Social and political posters produced in SA from the 1970s to the 1990s are featured in an exhibition displaying a historical snapshot of Co-Media and Community Arts Network (CAN) and other organisations behind this important movement of politically motivated poster making.

Claire Ralfs, CEO, Relationships Australia South Australia will officially open the exhibition.

This event is made possible with support from South Australia’s History Festival and The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre
