2013 Peace Grants – $10,000

The Peace Foundation has been proud to support numerous arts projects over its 23 years. These projects have touched many lives and been a catalyst for social change through the arts.

Some of the projects the Foundation has supported include commissioning the Kaurna Sculpture and water feature at the Adelaide Festival Centre, supporting theatrical productions from companies such as No Strings Attached Theatre of Disability andBrink Productions, as well as hosting public lectures with speakers including the Australian Human Rights Commissioner.

This year, through the continued support of our members and donors, the Foundation will again be able to lend its support to another worthwhile project.

The Annual Peace Grant of up to $10,000 is presented at the Annual Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction. The Grant supports art projects that accord with the Foundation’s principles of promoting peace, social justice, human rights and care for the environment.

Applications for the Annual Peace Grant are sought from individuals or organisations that have projects aligned with this philosophy. An application pack can be downloaded from our website www.artspeacefoundation.orgApplications close on  Friday 13 September 2013.
